The volunteer fills in the organization’s form with name, role and time period.
The organization checks the content and generates a PDF with a QR code. The submission is deleted automatically at that same moment.
The QR code points to a verification page that confirms the certificate is genuine and unaltered.
The database never stores names, roles or dates – only a cryptographic hash of the certificate’s contents. If the database leaks, no personal data leaks. Only the person holding the certificate (or its QR code) knows what was attested.
